It was used in 1997 through to 2000 to make a select few people (those who had the inside knowledge) rich, and although it still remains under wraps for the most part, this means of adult traffic generation is still very alive and well. If this opening interests you already, than here is something to wet your appetite even further, this simple, but effective, means of traffic generation can earn you $150-$300 per day with relative ease. Well not only is this amount quite possible and easy to achieve, I am about to walk you through the means of achieving it through those pesky password trader rooms.
The general concept of this means of traffic generation is that you develop a bogus adult paysite (try purchasing a cheap website template if you lack the designing skills), complete with working pictures, movies and especially password protection. Proceed by starting up your IRC client and entering the various IRC password channels (try EFNET, DALNet and Undernets password trading channels) and adding your sites working member area URL and a functional username and password to the list. Why would you do such a thing do you ask? Well that shall be explained.
Over the following days various password trading websites will review your members area, and upon reviewing your convincing fake they will add you to their websites list. Now, although this may seem to be a bad thing for your bandwidth usage, it shall prove a very good thing for your wallet. As the days roll on you should watch your website statistics closely and as the traffic begins to decline from its peak (which typically should be over 15,000 unique hits daily) prepare to change your falsified members section which was previously full of bogus content to something that can earn you money.
In my personal experience this traffic is, although it may seem strange, not all that hard to make money from. Although these people are typically cheap surfers looking for some free frills there is a quick and easy way to make a dime for them. Firstly, join an adult sponsor that accepts and pays for raw clicks to their program (there are a few good ones around, and they dont at all mind the traffic). Once you have chosen your sponsor, upload a page to your members entrance that simply has an enter members area link. Mask this link (i.e. so that it is not visible by those hovering over it) and redirect all those who click it to your blind click sponsor.
From there all that is left to do is watch the money roll in for the following 3-4 days (around $150-$300 per day no less). Although many sites post dated traffic generation articles, this one still works to this day. This article, which blows the lid on how only a select few people are earning an income, may eventually lead to the demise of this method of traffic generation, but I can only hope that a few Webmaster Vault visitors make a pretty penny in the mean time." |
