LOS ANGELES, Calif. – Internet Payment Service Provider (IPSP) CommerceGate today announced that industry vet Jeff Southworth has joined the company as Vice President of North American sales. 

Jeff comes to CommerceGate with a rich history in adult and mainstream e-commerce. He last served as Director of Marketing & Sales for Paycom, a post he held for six years.

Previous to that, Jeff spent many years in mainstream marketing at Fortune500 corporations such as Bausch & Lomb and AT&T, among others.

CommerceGate CEO Bjorn Skarlen expects Jeff will play a key role in company growth. “Jeff comes to us with extensive knowledge and experience in the industry. We’ve set some high goals for CommerceGate in the coming years. Jeff will be a guiding force as we seek to reach them all.”

Jeff and the rest of the CommerceGate team will be in attendance at the Phoenix Forum at the end of the month. He looks forward to meeting up with conference attendees, and introducing them to CommerceGate’s line of products and services.
