ADD LIVE INTERACTIVE VIDEO SHOWS TO YOUR ADULT WEB SITE

OAKLAND, CA. -- August 21, 2002 -- Nearly There Network Technologies announced today that Nearly There Sidekick Edition is available for immediate delivery.

Sidekick is a software system that adds powerful, live interactive video shows to any new or existing web site. With Sidekick, any site can now host its own live shows and take advantage of sophisticated video/chat technology. Advanced bandwidth management allows Sidekick to optimize the image quality and frame rate for each user.

Sidekick is designed as an add-on to an adult site -- it augments a site with live video/chat shows hosted by performers associated with the site itself. Sidekick is packaged as a kit allowing a Webmaster to fully implement it in just hours. Sidekick runs entirely on the site -- all traffic is managed on the site itself by Sidekick.

Dan Finkelstein, CEO and Founder of Nearly There, emphasized, “Our goal is to drive down the cost of adding live video to your site -- as well as substantially raising the bar on quality. Our add-on system allows you to offer interactive live shows to your clients without major capitalization or technical know-how. To broadcast live shows over the Internet, there is no simpler, more powerful system available."

Sidekick includes all the components necessary to broadcast live shows. It includes a performer's program for hosting shows; a client applet for participants to view and interact; and a web site component for administration, and show and traffic management. Included is thorough documentation, examples and sample screens which can be used as a starting point for complete customization. Sidekick operates with all modern browsers with no plug-ins.

Sidekick is priced at $1,250, but is available for an introductory price of only $1,000 through September 31, 2002. For further information on Sidekick, or a live demonstration, visit http://www.nearlythere.net/.
